Say what you see and what system you're on: Linux and which desktop, Windows, or Android. Screenshots help. You can also send a bug report from Motion itself. Troubleshooting has fixes for the common problems.

A purchase

• Bought direct: write from the email on your receipt, or say which order. See Refunds.
• Bought on Steam or Google Play: refunds go through them, under their rules. For anything else, write to us.

Something on Motion Hub

To report a scene or a comment, use Report beside it on Motion Hub, with the Community rules in mind. Without an account, use the report form at hub.motionlive.io/report, or write to us. To appeal a decision about something of yours, go to hub.motionlive.io/appeals, within 6 months. To appeal a decision on the forum, write to us with a link to the thread. Copyright notices and counter-notices go to Motion's copyright agent at dmca@motionlive.io, as the Terms describe.

Authorities

Law enforcement and other authorities, including EU authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services under the Digital Services Act, can write to support@motionlive.io. That address is also our single point of contact for people using Motion Hub.
